From 3–4 to 6–8 clients a day: how Zemits transformed the work of an aesthetic centre in Madeira

After introducing Zemits equipment, the centre went from seeing 3–4 clients a day to 6–8, while its average ticket rose from around €50 to €150–200.

Igor and Olga, the centre's owners, tell us which technologies they chose, how they integrated them into their practice and what has changed since then.

A family-run aesthetic centre in Madeira

Olga&Tatiana is a family-run aesthetic centre located in Funchal, on the island of Madeira, with extensive experience in the beauty and aesthetics sector.

Their work focuses mainly on advanced device-based aesthetics and traditional aesthetic treatments. The main concerns they address include signs of ageing, loss of firmness, pigmentation, couperose, rosacea symptoms, problem skin, uneven texture and facial contour definition.

Their philosophy always starts from a personalised approach, tailoring each treatment to the condition of the skin and the needs of each client.

"For us, what matters is not simply performing a treatment, but choosing the right protocol for each client."

When it came to investing in equipment, they had four clear criteria: safety, effectiveness, quality and versatility.

They were looking for devices that weren't limited to a single treatment, but could be incorporated into different protocols and address a range of aesthetic concerns.

"We don't see a device as a nice-looking machine in the treatment room, but as a working tool that must genuinely help us improve the quality of the client's skin."

In the end, they chose Zemits for its combination of technologies, functionality and potential for a comprehensive approach.

They currently work with:

They also use VivoTite as a complement for home care.

Their first impression was the quality and technological level of the equipment. However, the real test came with the results.

"We started seeing visible changes in skin condition very quickly. But most importantly, the clients themselves began to notice them too and came back to continue their treatments."

The changes they highlight most include smoother, firmer skin, a more even tone, a fresher appearance and better-defined facial contours.

One of the most requested treatments is Zemits UltraNexx Lite HIFU.
This technology is used for lifting treatments, defining the facial oval and targeted work on the lower third of the face, the chin, neck and décolleté. Among the results clients value most are greater firmness and more defined contours.

Another of the most in-demand devices is Zemits Light Expert Pro, which is incorporated into protocols targeting pigmentation, vascular irregularities, enlarged pores, texture and overall skin tone.

"The best moment is when the client looks in the mirror and says: 'I can see the difference. And the people around me notice it too.'"

How they integrate Zemits into their protocols

The devices are usually part of combined, personalised protocols.

Depending on the skin condition and the indications in each case, the technologies are combined with professional peels, HydraFacial, microneedling, PDRN, exosomes and other techniques.

For example, working on pigmentation and texture requires a different approach from a treatment aimed at loss of firmness or improving facial oval definition.

"For us, what matters is not the number of treatments, but combining technologies correctly and designing the right protocol."

Is investing in Zemits worth it?

For Igor and Olga, the answer is yes — as long as the professional is clear about which needs they want to cover with the device and how they will integrate it into their practice.

"A device on its own doesn't make anyone a better professional. The result depends on knowledge, proper diagnosis, the protocol, the parameters used and knowing how to combine different techniques correctly."

At the same time, having professional equipment makes it possible to expand the treatment menu, address a wider range of aesthetic concerns and create more complete programmes for clients.

In this case, the impact is reflected not only in treatment results, but also in the numbers: from 3–4 to 6–8 clients a day, and from an average ticket of €50 to €150–200.

"For us, investing in Zemits doesn't simply mean buying a device. It means expanding the possibilities of our practice and being able to offer much more to our clients."

With love, Igor and Olga
